How it works:

- Your gift recipient will receive a stylish gift pack containing the experience gift voucher, a mini-brochure explaining what will happen on the day, instructions on how to book the experience and (if you'd like) a short personal message from you.
- They can then choose a time and date that is suitable for them.
- Experience vouchers are valid for 9 months from date of purchase
 
What happens on the day:

On the day, you’ll be greeted at reception at your chosen location and enjoy a range of treatments as you relax in the friendly and fun surroundings! Your experience gives you the most complete makeover available in the UK, all delivered by the UK’s greatest professionals in a magical setting. What could be more enjoyable?

If you feel like splashing out and treating yourself then bring some extra spending money on the day as there are plenty of opportunities to buy make-up, hair products and additional photos. Alternatively, you might prefer to leave the plastic at home and just sit back and enjoy the transformation!

Need to know:

- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian throughout the makeover
- Please note that in order to limit non-attendance the supplier will request a £25 deposit on booking which is fully refundable within seven to ten working days.
- A £5 charge is payable on the day for post and packing to receive your complimentary photograph.(You can choose to have the £5 deducted from the booking deposit or pay on the day).
- Your beauty booklet will be sent to you with your booking confirmation, you will not receive another one on the day of your experience.
- Group bookings are limited to a maximum of three people.
- Please be aware that you might spend some time waiting between different parts of the experience, so bring a good book and enjoy the chance to relax.
