What happens on the day:
When you arrive at the store make your way to the personal shopping suite. The consultation will begin with a tea or coffee and a discussion about what kind of outfits and styles you are looking for. The Personal Shopping Consultant will then collect items from the shop floor and bring them back to the suite for you to try on. They will also have made the appointment with a cosmetics house or a beauty room for the makeover or facial and this will happen at some point during the consultation – usually at the end but sometimes due to slot times it may be at the start or during the consultation.
Need to know:
- It may be difficult to get appointments through busy sale periods
- Generally appointments are available at 10.30am or 2pm although this may differ from store to store
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to venue
