Conditions Relating to the Sale of Products to You
This section deals with conditions relating to the sale of products by Treather.com to you.
10. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Treather.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
11. Returns Policy
Our 30-day guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. Under Distance Selling regulations, you are entitled to inspect your purchase and receive a refund if you cancel within 7 days (also known as the "cooling off" period). Items returned after 30 days from date of order may not be refunded, but may be exchanged for an item of similar value at our discretion.
In the event of Treather.com sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Treather.com within 30 days. Treather.com reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Treather.com confirms we will issue a replacement. Treather.com will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Earrings: Please note that due to hygiene reasons, and as an explicit exception to our standard returns policy, we cannot accept returns of earrings if you change your mind after receiving them. Please contact the Treather.com team if you require further details.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
12. Pricing and availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. All prices listed on this website include VAT. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

23. Voucher Codes
1. Voucher codes cannot be used when purchasing sale items. This applies to both monetary and percentage off vouchers.
2. Voucher codes can only be used online at TreatHer.com.
3. Only one voucher code may be used per order, per person, per household.
4. Voucher Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other TreatHer.com promotional voucher or any other gift voucher be it a registration voucher, a monetary voucher or discount voucher.
5. Voucher codes cannot be used on any other promotions on the website.
6. All voucher codes exclude experience day gifts.
