This Burlesque experience is 2 hours of fun, saucy dancing where you will learn the old art of seduction. Fabulous for improving confidence and body image, you will learn to use your feminine charms! Burlesque classes are fantastic for a sexy workout, toning your core muscles and quadriceps. While helping you improve your body, it will also help you feel good about yourself no matter what size you are. Burlesque dancing encourages women to push their boundaries, which in turn increases their self-esteem and leaves them feeling fabulous. Burlesque classes will focus on several points – different walks, poses, facial expressions, creating characters and using the props for a dance routine.

How it works:

What happens on the day:
The experience will begin with an introduction to your Burlesque teacher and a comprehensive warm up session. You will learn a series of different types of walks, poses and facial expressions, before moving on to how to open and close your feathery fan prop in burlesque fashion. You will be given a chance to practice each of these elements before incorporating them into a short dance routine, which will be taught in small sections.

- Minimum age: 18
- This experience is available Monday - Thursday from 7.00pm – 9.00pm.
- Refreshments are available to purchase at all of our venues.
- We recommend you bring trainers for the warm up and high heels for the lesson but only if you feel comfortable.
- No spectators allowed
