You will be spending two nights in an authentic Native American tipi, remotely situated in the stunning mountains of mid Wales. With the exception of food, everything you need is provided, including a wood-burning chimney, plush sheepskin rugs, beautiful fabrics, sensuous double bed, romantic lighting and an organic welcome food hamper (which includes, pasta, pasta sauce, biscuits, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, salt & pepper, cooking oil and a bottle of wine).

What happens on the day:

In the heart of beautiful mountains, live for two nights in a traditional Tipi experiencing the tranquillity of the natural world while still being surrounded by all your necessary creature comforts. Forest and hill walks, open fires, holistic therapy, a visit to the fascinating 'Centre for Alternative Technology' and magnificent views combine to give couples an elemental and unforgettable experience.
Tipis are truly beautiful living spaces. They offer protection from the elements while allowing you to experience the freshness and joy of living close to nature. The 21-foot diameter tipis are surprisingly spacious. Each one is lovingly furnished in an individual style, accommodating a double bed, cushions, sheepskin rugs and a central wood burning 'chiminea'. There is a gas stove for cooking, with pans, crockery and cutlery. Each tipi has its own washing and toilet unit with shower and basin situated just a few yards outside. The site is in a remote and stunningly beautiful location. You really can get away from it all and forget about the outside world. Each tipi is set in a different field or area of the site, so you can fully enjoy an undisturbed time together. Outdoor living has never been easier, or more comfortable. By day you can enjoy the light airiness of the tipi and by night nothing beats cuddling up next to a cosy log fire.

Day one-
Check in from 16.00 and transfer to your tipi Personal introduction to Tipi Living and to the surrounding natural environment. Evening at your leisure.

Day two-
Morning - Enjoy your Holistic Reiki therapy for two from a qualified local practitioner to allow you to completely unwind.
Afternoon - A chance to enjoy beautiful mountain and valley walks... Or visit the fascinating Centre for Alternative Technology, Europe's foremost Eco Centre (entrance included in price).
Evening - Relax and enjoy your tipi. There is an optional meditation session to help you relax further if you wish.

Day three-
Check out at 11.00.

Need to know:

-You should allow two nights for this experience. You will be required to arrive at 4.00pm on day 1 and depart at 11.00am on day 3
-This experience operates between Mid April – October, breaks will start on selected Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, subject to availability
-Although there are no height, weight or age restrictions for this experience, participants need to be able to walk approximately 100 metres to reach the tipi and be able to bend to enter the tipi
-The experience is aimed at couples as there are only double beds in the Tipis
-Cooking facilities are a 2 ring gas hob, all saucepans, implements crockery and cutlery is provided along with all bedding and towels
