- Your gift recipient will receive a stylish gift pack containing the experience gift voucher, a mini-brochure explaining what will happen on the day, instructions on how to book the experience and (if you'd like) a short personal message from you.

What happens on the day:
On arrival you will be welcomed by a member of the Heaven V Spa team and taken on a guided tour to help familiarise you with the facilities. Then it's time to really unwind with the following treatments:
Neck, back and shoulder massage - 25 minute massage using aromatic oils to ease away tension in the neck, back and shoulders
Express facial - 25 minute treatment that includes skin analysis, cleanse, gentle exfoliation, facial massage to improve circulation and skin tone OR facial masque to suit your skin type (your therapist will help you decide what treatment is best for you). Both will be followed by the application of a suitable moisturiser.
After your treatments you are free to enjoy full use of the health club facilities.
Need to know:
- Minimum age: 18
- The experience is available Monday to Saturday (may vary from site to site depending on opening hours and availability)
- Your booking can be made between 9am and 5pm, subject to availability
- Please bring comfortable clothing for exercise, training shoes, swimwear, towels for showering. Bathrobes will be provided on the day, subject to availability
- Kindly note: On arrival, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and a short consultation card for your treatments. If the questionnaire is not complete or the answer is yes to any of the questions the result may be that some of the facilities or treatments may be deemed unsuitable.
