What happens on the day:
When you arrive the facilities and services available to you will be explained, together with the treatments included in your day. The format of the spa days may vary at each location but typically you can spend about 3-4 hours there.
Make sure you are there on time – in most cases you will forfeit your spa days or incur extra charges if you do not attend as booked or if you cancel at short notice.

- This experience is available Monday - Friday
- Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy
- Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all of the facilities on offer
- Facilities for disabled persons may vary from venue to venue
- Some locations might require you to complete a health questionnaire prior to booking your treatments
