How it works:
- Your gift recipient will receive a stylish gift pack containing the experience gift voucher, a mini-brochure explaining what will happen on the day, instructions on how to book the experience and (if you'd like) a short personal message from you.
- They can then choose a time and date that is suitable for them.
- Experience vouchers are valid for 9 months from date of purchase
 
What happens on the day:
Upon arrival you will be greeted by a member of staff who will explain the extensive range of facilities and services available to you. Take a relaxing dip in the pool, or unwind in the sauna or steam room before your treatment. Enjoy two treatments each:
 - 15 minute scalp massage
 - 30 minute Elemis deep tissue massage
Spend the rest of your time taking advantage of the fitness and leisure facilities available to you or just simply relax in the café where light refreshments are available to purchase.

 - Minimum age: 18
 - The experience is available on weekdays and Sundays, subject to availability. Availability can be limited therefore we recommend you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
 - Suitable for women or men
 - Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer (you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire before you take your experience, and you may not be able to take certain treatments or use some of the facilities if you have certain medical conditions, or you may be required to obtain a medical certificate).
 - Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy
 - Facilities for disabled persons may vary from centre to centre
 - This is a single voucher valid for 2 people.
 - Your voucher must be redeemed before the expiry date that is printed on it as the voucher cannot be extended under any circumstances
 - The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to venue.
