THE QUICK SOLUTION:
Use the Body Brush daily for 2 – 5 minutes. Body brushing gets rid of dead skin cells, unblocks pores to help the skin expel toxins, boosts circulation and blood flow. Another great bonus is it helps to reduce cellulite!
Use it dry, or in the shower. Start from under your feet, gently brushing “towards the heart” in short, sweeping motions. Move up the body and brush in one direction only. Women should avoid brushing the chest where small blood vessels in the skin are easily broken.

The RELAXING RITUAL:
Our Body Polish Salt Scrub is very fine and blended with softening goat’s milk powder, so it’s gentle and non-abrasive. Dampen your skin and massage the polish into your skin in circular motions before showering or bathing. Alternatively, blend with a little oil for an oil-based rub. Allow it to sit for at least a minute, then either shower it off or let it continue its good work by soaking in a luxurious bath. (Don’t use a salt scrub on areas of skin that have cuts and abrasions as it will sting)
